Introduction
The purpose of this Policies & Procedures Manual is to set forth the policies and procedures for conducting business at ProFunding Financial Services Inc. When questions arise as to the policies and or procedures to be followed, you should refer to this manual.
This webpage and the following two sections contain all of the critical Policies and Procedures as well as the Code of Ethics, which are designed to govern how all of our Mortgage Brokers/Agents will conduct their day-to-day business.
Some policies are specific and others are general in nature. In the absence of stated policy, if you consider the legal and ethical factors, the good reputation enjoyed by you and ProFunding Financial Services Inc., and by practicing the “WHEN IN DOUBT, DON’T DO IT” policy, you will inevitably come to the proper conclusion. You are encouraged to offer suggestions regarding policies and procedures, which may make this a better document for all of us.
ProFunding Financial Services Inc., insists upon best ethical practices in all dealings between associates, and between associates and the general public. Our reputation is built on trust.
